Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
